Requirements
- Strong Knowledge on HR Modules i.e. Payroll, Time Attendance, Leaves, Performance Management , Training
- Should have Minimum 3 years of experience on HR Products
- Should be Passionate about learning New Functions
- Analytical mind-set & good problem-solving skills
- Should be willing to Travel within Country or out of country
Responsibilities
- Work Closely with Project Manager for Installation , Configuration & Troubleshooting of Human Capital Management System
- Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule
- Should be responsible for installation & networking of different types Biometric Hardware
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Troubleshooting Software/Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Design Reports & Make Changes in Print Formats
Attend to Support Calls - Visit Customers for Support & Training activities Collaborate with several teams (e.g. software development,testing,engineering,sales) to achieve our common goal of solving our customer problems and enhancing our products
