Job Profile
- Exposure to SDLC process and STLC
- A systematic approach to planning and testing.
- Write test cases and test plans for the project.
- Executed test cases/scripts.
- Perform Regression testing / Functional testing / Unit testing / System testing.
- Creative skills for testing techniques.
- Logged defects during the test execution phase.
- Investigated potential defects and discussed them with developers & making reports for the same.
- Report progress of software testing in accordance with schedules to Project Manager.
- Ensures testing standards are met and conducting reviews.
- Supports the Operational teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client-Server and Desktop based application environments.
- Good knowledge in Testing Concepts.
- Must have testing experience in ERP / MIS / Retail / POS applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL is required
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills and effective problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of Test Director or Quality Center is added advantage.
- Fluency in the English language; written and verbal communication skills.
